Q: Does OBERA Singapore have a shop?

Yes, our shop is located at "2 Yishun Idustrial St 1 #02-02 Singapore 768159". You can view and purchase any products directly from the shop. We open daily from 12am-9pm (Please contact us at 66945478 before you come). For more details on how to get there you can search "Obera Singapore PTE. LTD." at Google Map.

For online purchase, be assured that all our products will be up to your expectations as we tried our best to capture every angle of the actual products in very detailed photos. Every product will be explained in details, usage as much as possible under the item description. Easy Guides is also available for all the Custom to help you in understanding the steps required for each procedures.

Q: How can I ensure the product send to me will be in good condition?

Once again, be assured that all of our products are in brand new quality. We check every single item before we ship out to make sure that it is up to expectations. You may find some of the items are opened before when you receive it but it is mainly for quality check procedure. On top of that, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction by allowing the customer check the product when they received it.

For online purchase, there are 3 methods of payment as below:

For direct to shop purchase, there are only 1 method of payment as below:

Q: What kind of delivery options does OBERA Singapore offer?

We offer a variety of delivery options as below:

METHOD 1: Cash & Carry – no additional charge, items can be collected from retail outlet directly.
METHOD 2: Home Delivery – $5 delivery charge for purchase below S$100, FREE local delivery for purchase over S$150 (for delivery place in SIngapore).
METHOD 3: International Delivery – postage according to Singapore Post, postage estimation will be done before order is processed.
   
  Q: Can I buy from OBERA Singapore without creating an account?

Yes, you can. Simply checkouts as a guest after you have done your shopping with us. All your personal and address information will not be kept in our customer database but only attached to order details.

Order Received: This email informs you that we have received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.
Order Processed: This email confirms we have processed your order. Payment method is verified.
Order Shipped: This email confirms that we have delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.
   
 
Q: Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?

No, you can't. When we delivery the products to you, you need to check that got any problem. At that time if got any damage we will send you again on another day with new one or return the money to you. But you can't return after that time.
